Statement on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)The RNA Society is committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and scientific community. We aim to provide an environment where every member or participant can reach their full potential regardless of age, race, gender, religion, disability, sexuality, or socio-economic status, and maintain a Code of Conduct policy against discrimination or abusive behavior. We welcome scientists from around the globe and encourage our members to work together to build inclusive excellence. The RNA Society would like to reaffirm its belief that everyone’s participation in science is critical to our overall mission of “sharing and dissemination of experimental results and emerging concepts in ribonucleic acid research.” We do this by advancing frontiers, improving science education, and enhancing the public's appreciation of how scientific advances improve their lives. The Society has always aimed to provide an environment where all members can reach their full potential. Our community is stronger, and our science better, with all of us.
